PLANNING FOR IMAGES
Genre: Pop
Ideas in
Pop:
the ideas in pop are generally about love and relationships, but pop artists
also sing about parties and having fun.
Groups: mostly
teens, ages 10-20
Mise-en-scene
Actions: In my images the models will be smiling and/or
laughing in most of the images, in one of the images one of the models will be
listening to music through headphones whilst smiling to look like they are
enjoying it.
Costume: I will have one of my models wearing a leather jacket
and my other model will wear a black dress.
Make-up: my models will wear plain make-up so that it is not
over the top because pop artists always look clean and presentable, so my
models will wear the basics, such as, foundation, mascara, eyeliner.
Hair: my models will all have their hair down so that they can
play with it to look like they are having fun.
Props: the only prop that I will need, will be a set of
headphones for one of my models
Equipment: my equipment will consist of:
- Make-up and wipes
- Hair accessories
- Headphones
- Camera
- Green screen
Shot:
For most of my images I will use a medium close-up or medium
shot as, from my research I can see that, these are the main shots used in Pop
magazines. I will also take other shots such as wide shots so that I have a
variety of shots to choose from. I will also take the images from different
angles so that I have a wide range of options.
Risk assessment:
·
Model may not be able to leave lesson, I will
solve this by replacing the model with another person
·
Model may not come in due to illness, I will solve
this by replacing the model with another person
·
One of my props or costume may be forgotten, I will solve this by replacing it or working
around it
